Communication and Language at Work – Bridging Theory and Practice was discontinued after the 4th issue.

CLAW : Communication and Language at Work – Bridging Theory and Practice is a non-profit, international magazine which focuses on the mediation of research-based knowledge regarding professional communication to language and communication practitioners / specialists worldwide.

As the title suggests, CLAW is a bridge between theory and practice and thus between scholars and practitioners within the field of professional language use and communication. As such CLAW’s readership consists mainly of language and communication professionals as well as (advanced) students within the field of professional language use and communication.

CLAW is published under a Creative Commons license and is a joint project initiated and managed by Aarhus University, The University of Southern Denmark and The Danish Trade Union for Language and Communication Specialists (KS).

CLAW is published twice a year, summer and winter, and encourages scholars and practitioners to submit manuscripts. All manuscripts undergo a peer reviewed process.

CLAW is the successor of the magazine Language at Work – Bridging Theory and Practice (http://ojs.statsbiblioteket.dk/index.php/law/index)
